Birthday Parties

We provide

The supervision and the party room.

This is a no mess way to enjoy an awesome party experience. The party room has tables and chairs and access to a freezer.

You provide

The food, drinks, cake, presents and or goody bags, plates, cups, napkins, and cutlery.

*We do not have knives at the gymnastics hall, so if you do bring one, please bring it home with you.

There is a $25 refundable cleaning deposit for the 20 minutes after the end of your party. This covers the tidy time. If the area is left tidy and the party is done in the gym by 20 minutes after the party’s initial end time, the deposit will be signed for and returned.

**A party participant is defined as anyone going on the equipment or in the foam pit**

Cancellation Policy

If a party is cancelled with less than 7 days notice a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If a party is cancelled with more than 7 days notice no cancellation fee will apply.

Please Note

Anyone using the equipment must be listed as a birthday party participant, or they are not covered by the birthday party insurance.

All attendees are insured with Gymnastics BC’s liability insurance only, not accident insurance. This is good for a one time visit.

Children under 3 must have parent or guardian supervision.
